Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The role involves supporting patients with daily living needs, monitoring health progress, and providing assistance to registered nurses.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to patients at home or clinic
- Keep track of patient vitals (BP, sugar, temperature)
- Support mobility including walking and exercising
- Assist doctors/nurses during procedures or checkups
- Maintain clean and safe patient environment
- Update patient records and daily notes
- Communicate patiently and professionally with families
Qualifications
- Nursing diploma, GNM or ANM (preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving or healthcare experience
- Understanding of basic medical terminology
- Excellent communication and empathy
- Ability to work flexible hours/shifts
