Description
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Registered Nurse to provide exceptional home care nursing services to patients. You will manage day-to-day medical needs, support families with education, and ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
Responsibilities
- Provide bedside nursing care for home-based patients
- Administer medication, injections, and IV therapy
- Perform wound care, catheter care, and dressing changes
- Monitor and record patient vitals and progress
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams
- Educate patients and caregivers on proper care procedures
- Maintain accurate medical notes and documentation
- Respond to emergencies calmly and effectively
Qualifications
- B.Sc Nursing or GNM registered with Nursing Council
- Current nursing license/registration
- 2+ years of professional experience (hospital or home care)
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered mindset
- Ability to manage multiple cases and travel locally
- Compassionate communication skills
